An affiliate of Sass-a-Brass, Riverside Honk showcases brassy brilliance with crowd-inclusive tunes from the Mardi Gras tradition. New Orleans meets Kansas City in a unique mix of street parade funk, jazz improvisation, and marching band pep. Riverside Honk is an unamplified strolling party band of up to 14 musicians from the Kansas City area who have performed side by side at weddings, funerals, ceremonies and community festivals for years.
